The Knowledge Academy, a world-renowned provider of professional training across 190+ countries, is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic B2C sales team.

What You’ll Do:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Engage and sell to global B2C audiences with enthusiasm and confidence.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across diverse training portfolios.
Drive new customer acquisition while nurturing existing relationships.




Deliver excellent pre-sales support and maintain high communication standards.
Stay sharp with market, competitor, and industry insights to stay ahead.
Travel internationally for management meetings, client engagements, and upskilling programs.

What We’re Looking For:
6+ months of sales experience (EdTech or tech-based services preferred)
Robust background in B2C or technology/education sector
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication skills in English (neutral accent)
Smart, energetic, and commercially astute personality
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
Flexible, agile mindset and team-first attitude
Professional demeanor and organizational skills are a must
