About the Role
Marqueting Ventures is looking for experienced influencer marketing professionals who can take ownership of campaigns from brief to completion.
You will be responsible for leading campaigns, managing creators and teams, solving problems, maintaining client relationships and ensuring the campaign delivers for the business.

What You'll Do

Campaign Ownership
* Own influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to closure.




* Translate brand briefs into explicit campaign plans and creator requirements.
* Build and review creator shortlists based on relevance, audience, content quality, pricing and campaign objectives.
* Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth execution.
* Track campaign progress, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
* Identify risks early and solve them before they become escalations.
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within agreed budgets.

Brand & Client Management
* Be the primary point of contact for assigned brands.
* Communicate confidently with clients and manage day-to-day campaign discussions.
* Understand what the client actually needs, not just what is written in the brief.
* Build relationships that lead to repeat briefs, larger campaigns and additional business.
* Handle client concerns and escalations independently wherever possible.
