About the Role: We are looking for an architect with a strong understanding of architectural design, technical documentation, GFC drawings, multidisciplinary coordination, knowledge of estimation, tendering, and project execution.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
Ability to prepare and develop detailed Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.
Preparation and coordination of architectural working drawings, construction details, schedules, and specifications.
Good knowledge of Structural and MEPF drawing coordination and interdisciplinary integration.
presentation and communication skills, with the ability to develop and present design concepts effectively.
Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and MS Office.
Ability to identify design, coordination,



and site-related issues and develop practical and effective solutions.
Good understanding of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and basic project costing.
Knowledge and exposure to tender documentation, tendering processes, specifications, and evaluation of contractor quotations.
Well-versed with local development norms, NBC (National Building Code), and relevant architectural standards.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach towards design development, GFC documentation, estimation, tendering, and project delivery.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver work within project timelines and quality standards.
