Monica Sarin Foundation is looking for an experienced and passionate Retail Trainer to train and prepare students for successful careers in the retail industry.

? Position: Retail Trainer

? Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi
? Experience: 3–5 years in Retail
? Employment: Full-time | On-site

? Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging retail training sessions for students
• Teach retail operations, customer service, sales, product knowledge, and store management
• Conduct classroom, practical, activity-based, and role-play sessions
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, activities, and assessments
• Identify learning gaps and provide individual coaching and feedback
• Prepare students for retail jobs, interviews, and workplace expectations
• Conduct mock interviews and practical simulations to build job-ready skills
• Monitor student attendance, participation, learning progress, and performance
• Maintain training records, assessments, and student progress reports
• Support students in developing professional communication, grooming,



and workplace behaviour
• Stay updated with current retail industry practices and incorporate them into training

✅ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Retail, preferably in retail operations, training, or management
• Strong training, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Robust knowledge of retail operations and customer service
• Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
• Good coaching and mentoring skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Business, Training, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for student development, skill building, and social impact
