Role Description The Electrical Design Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.



The engineer will design and develop electrical systems and components for products and platforms across Motherson’s mobility and diversified industry portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing electrical schematics, performing calculations and simulations, selecting appropriate components, and ensuring designs comply with applicable standards and safety regulations. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in mechanical design, manufacturing, quality, and project management to support proto builds, testing, validation, and design changes. The Electrical Design Engineer will also prepare technical documentation, support root-cause analysis for field or production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement and cost-optimization initiatives.
