Role Description The Head of Sales is a full-time, in office role based in Udyog Vihar, responsible for leading Kiganto’s sales organization and driving revenue growth across all AI marketing and digital services. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing sales strategies, setting and tracking sales targets,



and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure. The Head of Sales will coach and mentor the sales team, oversee key client pitches, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. This role collaborates closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs, refine value propositions, and ensure a seamless handoff from sales to execution. The Head of Sales is also expected to analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and continuously optimize processes and tools to improve performance.
Qualifications
Strong sales leadership, including experience in building, leading, and mentoring high-performing sales teams in a B2B services or SaaS/MarTech environment.
Proven track record in consultative selling, enterprise deal negotiation, and closing high-value contracts with business clients.
