Job Description:

Seasoned Oracle Application Support skilled with strong service delivery and governance experience, expertise in operational reporting (QPI, Backlog, SOW, WSR, MSR), proven stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to drive executive-level communications, project governance, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

Extensive experience in managing and delivering Oracle Application Support engagements across diverse business environments.

Strong hands-on expertise in preparing, analyzing, and managing QPI Reports, Backlog Reports, Statements of Work (SOWs),



Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs).

Proven ability to drive effective stakeholder management, including executive-level communication, governance reviews, and status reporting.

Solid understanding of project governance, service management frameworks, operational reporting, and performance tracking.

Demonstrated capability in managing service delivery, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
