We are looking for a Senior B2B Paid Media – LinkedIn Ads Specialist to lead and optimize performance-driven B2B campaigns, with a robust focus on LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B paid media, audience targeting, campaign strategy, lead quality optimization, and performance reporting.
The role requires someone who can translate business objectives into effective paid media strategies and drive measurable outcomes across the B2B marketing funnel.

Key Responsiblities
Plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid media campaigns primarily across LinkedIn Ads, with exposure to Google Ads and other paid platforms.
Develop LinkedIn campaign strategies based on target industries, personas, job functions, seniority, company size, geography, and account lists.
Manage campaigns across Lead Generation, Website Conversions, Brand Awareness, Retargeting, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Build and manage audiences using Matched Audiences,



Account Lists, Website Retargeting, and first-party data.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, creatives, and conversion paths to maximize performance.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, MQLs, SQLs, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
Work closely with content, creative, sales, and client servicing teams to develop effective B2B campaign messaging and assets.
Analyze campaign and CRM data to identify opportunities for improving lead quality and conversion through the funnel.
Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on LinkedIn Ads updates, B2B demand generation trends, ABM practices, and emerging paid media strategies.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Paid M
