The Role We run two You Tube channels and are looking for someone to own their growth end-to-end. You will define the content strategy, use AI to accelerate production, and consistently publish high-quality videos that grow audience and generate leads. You can choose to focus on one channel or own both. Channel 1: How to Buy and Sell Businesses To Buy And Sell Businesses Audience: business buyers and sellers, with a strong focus on Quality of Earnings. Channel 2: Ace CPAs Bookkeeping CPAs Bookkeeping Audience: construction business owners who want cleaner books and stronger financial systems. What You Will Do Audit both channels and develop a clear growth strategy (topics, formats, cadence,



and KPIs)Use AI tools to streamline scripting, editing, voiceovers, visuals, and thumbnails without losing quality Edit long-form videos optimized for retention and create short-form clips for Shorts, Reels, and Tik Tok Write and refine titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, and tags for SEO and click-through rate Manage a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule Track performance metrics such as watch time, retention, subscribers, and lead generation Continuously test recent formats, hooks, and ideas based on data and platform trends What We Are Looking For Proven You Tube editing and growth experience (please share channels or videos you have worked on)Strong editing skills in Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, or similar tools Hands-on experience with AI video and content creation tools Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and audience retention Excel
