Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their travel requirements, present suitable tour packages, and close sales. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, conducting follow-ups, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The role involves coordinating with operations and ticketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also support promotional activities, attend client meetings,



and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Basic knowledge of travel products, international and domestic destinations, and tour package structures.
Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and office productivity software for managing leads and documentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple inquiries, and meet sales goals consistently.
High level of professionalism, customer focus, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Chennai; additional language skills are an advantage
