About Sassoon
Sassoon is a premium home and lifestyle brand focused on quality, design, comfort and customer experience. We are looking for a Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of Sassoon’s brand presence, digital marketing ecosystem and customer communication. This is a hands-on brand ownership role, not just an agency coordination position. You will work closely with the founders, in-house design team and external agencies to ensure Sassoon’s brand is consistently presented in a premium, relevant and commercially effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management & Positioning
* Own Sassoon’s brand positioning, look, feel, tone and communication.
* Develop campaigns and initiatives to improve brand visibility, recall and engagement.
* Monitor competitors, market trends and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.





Social Media & Content
* Manage and coordinate with the social media agency.
* Develop and oversee content calendars and campaign plans.
* Review posts, reels, stories, captions and other content before publishing.
* Ensure all social media communication reflects Sassoon’s premium positioning.
* Work closely with the in-house graphic designer and photography/video agency.

Performance Marketing
* Coordinate with the performance marketing agency across Meta, Google and other platforms.
* Review campaign performance, creatives, CAC, ROAS and overall efficiency.
* Identify winning products, creatives and customer segments in collaboration with the agency.
* Ensure performance marketing and brand-building initiatives work together.

Website Management
* Own the overall visual and content health of the Sassoon website.
* Coordinate with the website development team for updates and improvements.
