Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll and attendance processes. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, handling employee queries, and helping resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.



The individual will support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, assist with offer and joining formalities, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines. The Human Resources Executive will also contribute to HR initiatives such as performance management support, training coordination, and employee engagement activities to promote a healthy work environment.
Qualifications
