Role Description This full time, on-site Retail Salesperson role is based in New Delhi. The Retail Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, demonstrating product use, handling inquiries, and supporting customers through the purchase process. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing merchandise displays, ensuring stock is well-presented, and keeping the sales area clean and organized.



The Retail Salesperson will also process billing, handle basic documentation, coordinate with the store team, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to meet targets and support store performance.
Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge to explain features, benefits, and usage clearly to customers.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with customers and team members.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve concerns, and build repeat business.
Basic numerical ability and comfort with point-of-sale systems and billing procedures.
