About the Role We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. You will help design, build, test, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform, working closely with senior developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Configure Salesforce features including workflows, flows, validation rules, custom objects,



and page layouts.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and adequate test coverage.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing Salesforce implementations.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
0–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (internships and academic projects count).
Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
