Role Description The Investment Manager || B2C Sales || Real Estate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. The individual in this role will identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities, present suitable property options to retail clients, and guide them through the end-to-end sales process. Daily tasks include conducting market and project research,



analyzing property values and returns, designing investment proposals, and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients. The role involves meeting clients in person, organizing site visits, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams for documentation and closure. The Investment Manager is expected to achieve sales and revenue targets, provide post-sale support, and contribute to building long-term client relationships and referral networks.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Investment Management and Investments, with the ability to assess and structure real estate investment opportunities for individual buyers.
Solid Analytical Skills and understanding of Investment Strategies to evaluate market trends, returns, risks, and portfolio suitability.
Working knowledge of Finance concepts relevant to property transactions, pricing, and ROI calculations.
