Role Description This is a full-time, in office Freelance role based in Mumbai. The role involves working closely with the Aerlinked team to support day-to-day operations related to lead discovery, data enrichment, and pipeline management. Responsibilities may include maintaining and updating CRM records, assisting in the curation and validation of B2B directory data, and collaborating with sales and marketing stakeholders to optimize workflows.



The freelancer will be expected to follow established processes, meet project deadlines, and communicate progress clearly to team members.
Qualifications
Ability to work with CRM or similar tools, including organizing and updating lead and account information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling and validating business data.
Comfort with structured processes, documentation, and following clear operational guidelines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time and workload in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales operations, data entry, or B2B lead management is beneficial.
Basic understanding of B2B sales or marketing concepts is an advantage.
Eligibility to work on-site in Mumbai and willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
