About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery & Operations Executive – Learning to support the smooth and effective delivery of training programs. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day learning operations, coordinating learners and instructors, maintaining training data and schedules, supporting channel partners, and ensuring a seamless experience across the training lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should have strong training/learning operations or coordination experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end administration of public and private training programs.
Coordinate training schedules, learner enrolments, and session logistics.
Manage learner communications, including training invitations, reminders, and course-related updates.
Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and operational data in Salesforce.
Generate and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation as required.




Assist in coordinating instructor schedules, training logistics, and classroom requirements.
Publish and maintain course schedules and information on certification and partner portals.
Support the maintenance of course catalogues, training content, and related documentation.
Assist in managing trainer credentials, certification records, and accreditation requirements.
Support channel partner administration, including onboarding, quotations, and operational requests.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support process improvement initiatives.
Perform other learning operations and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Learning & Coaching leadership team
