Role Description The Assistant Professor in HRM will serve as a full-time, on-site faculty member based at the Quantum University campus in Roorkee. Responsibilities include delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Human Resource Management and related areas,



preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, and using diverse instructional methods to promote active learning. The role involves mentoring and advising students, supervising projects and internships, and contributing to academic evaluation through assignments, examinations, and continuous assessment. The Assistant Professor is expected to engage in research, publish in academic and qualified outlets, and participate in departmental activities such as curriculum development, accreditation processes, and academic events. The role also includes involvement in university committees, outreach initiatives, and collaboration with industry partners to strengthen the HRM program.
Qualifications
Advanced academic credentials in Human Resource Management or a closely related discipline (preferably a PhD or NET).
Demonstrated expertise in core HRM domains such as recruitment and selection, training and
