Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kollam, responsible for driving AIDAN GLOBAL’s online presence and brand visibility. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels, aligned with brand and business objectives.



The Digital Marketing Executive will create and manage engaging content, including web copy, social media posts, and campaign materials, while ensuring consistent brand messaging. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and analyzing web and campaign performance metrics, optimizing content and strategies, and coordinating with design, sales, and product teams to support promotions and launches. The role also includes managing community engagement in line with the company’s moderation guidelines, tracking industry trends, and recommending recent digital initiatives to enhance reach and conversion.
