Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves promoting Esperanza’s medical and mental health services to healthcare providers, clinics, pharmacies, and other relevant organizations. The Medical Sales Representative will conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients,



present product and service information, answer inquiries, and build strong, trust-based relationships. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, providing feedback from the market to internal teams, and collaborating with clinical and operational staff to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires staying informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory guidelines relevant to medical and mental health services.
