Role Description The Mobiliser (Gurugram Sector 14) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for identifying, engaging,



and motivating local youth to enroll in Anudip’s skilling and livelihood programs. The role involves conducting outreach activities in communities, educational institutions, and partner networks, and organizing awareness sessions, mobilization drives, and counseling interactions with prospective learners and their families. The Mobiliser will maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and conversions, and coordinate closely with training center staff to ensure smooth admission and batch formation. The position also includes building and nurturing relationships with community leaders, NGOs, and local stakeholders to strengthen Anudip’s presence in Gurugram, and regularly reporting progress, challenges, and opportunities to the center and regional teams.
