About the role:

A product operations trainee is responsible for onboarding & setting up Superfone’s CRM, Whatsapp API and other capabilities immediately after payment.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter with a technology bent of mind who understands tools and enjoys talking with customers to help them achieve their needs.

Job responsibilities:

● Understand Superfone’s product capabilities, integration possibilities & limitations.
● Contact customers immediately after payment and understand their use case and workflows.
● Map the requirements to the Superfone’s product capabilities and guide the customers
● Use webhooks, APIs, integrations & Superfone tools to complete the customer setup
