Editorial assistant keeps the publication pipeline running smoothly by organizing schedules, content development, editing the manuscripts, fact-checking, and managing communication between authors, freelancers, and internal departments.

Job Description
• Content Preparation: Proofread and copy-edit manuscripts to correct grammar, spelling and punctuation. Ensure all text adheres to specific style guides. Content development for K-12 & JEE Level Books & Study Material.

• Administrative Support: Manage the editorial calendar, track deadlines, schedule meetings, and take detailed minutes.

• Fact-Checking & Research: Verify data, quotes, and sources to ensure published content is accurate and informative.

• Author Liaison: Act as a primary contact for routine author inquiries. Communicate with different internal departments to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress.

• Production & Publication Support: Review page layouts, check gal
