Role Description The Purchase Executive will handle day-to-day procurement operations, including sourcing hospitality products, requesting and comparing quotations, and placing purchase orders through Prockured’s marketplace and vendor network. The role involves maintaining vendor relationships,



negotiating pricing and payment terms, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials. The Purchase Executive will monitor inventory levels, update purchase records, and support cost optimization and sustainable sourcing initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, requiring close collaboration with operations, finance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth procurement workflows.
Qualifications
Solid skills in purchasing and procurement operations, including vendor evaluation, quotation analysis, and purchase order management.
Ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, and support vendor onboarding and performance tracking.
Experience with inventory monitoring, basic data analysis, and use of procurement or ERP systems for documentation and reporting.
