The Role
We’re hiring a Founding Product Designer. Not someone to make interfaces prettier—someone to make complex systems feel obvious.

You’ll work directly with the founders and collaborate with product and engineering to decide what should exist, not simply how it should look. This is a hands-on IC role with high ownership across discovery, UX, interaction design, prototyping, testing, and launch.

Spend time with customers until you deeply understand their workflows and pain points.
Turn messy enterprise processes into experiences that feel surprisingly straightforward.
Own the product design journey from discovery through launch.
Collaborate with engineering from the first conversation—not after the designs are finished.
Prototype ideas quickly to learn, validate, and iterate.
Build systems that make future product development faster, not just today’s features.
Influence product direction as much as interaction design.
