Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Engineer role based in Ahmedabad.



The Inside Sales Engineer will handle incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations for automation products and solutions. Responsibilities include supporting the external sales team with project proposals, coordinating with engineering and procurement to ensure availability and feasibility of solutions, and following up on offers to drive order closure. The role involves providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, understanding their machine and application requirements, and recommending appropriate components from the RB Automation portfolio. The Inside Sales Engineer will also maintain CRM records, update sales reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
