Job Summary : The Student Relationship Executive will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective students, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build solid relationships with students and their families. Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective students through calls and emails to discuss course offerings and address inquiries. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their families to foster trust and encourage enrollment. Counseling: Understand the interests and preferences of students to guide them in selecting appropriate courses that align with their career goals. Follow-Up:



Track leads and conduct follow-ups to ensure prospective students have all the information they need to make informed decisions. Database Management: Maintain an organized database of student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment status. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies aimed at achieving enrollment targets. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students and parents to improve services and address any concerns promptly. Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead conversion rates and student feedback to management. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
