The Role & Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our Carbon Marketing team.

Ideation: Contribute ideas to intelligently gather insights, assets and run marketing activities
Branding & Identity: Plan and execute branding initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines across all internal and external communication materials
Asset Management:



Maintain and organize the brand’s creative repository (images, videos, graphics, and templates)
Agency Coordination: Liaise with partner agencies to manage end-to-end project delivery
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify common trends, and gain insights on Farmers & Credit-Buyers
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
Core Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Marketing Roles
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a creative approach to problem-solving
Mindset: A passion for learning and growing your skill set
