Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Jira Developer to design, develop and optimise Jira-based solutions that support business processes across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to customise Jira and associated Atlassian products, build integrations, automate workflows and enhance the overall user experience.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering scalable and efficient solutions that drive business value.





Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain custom Jira solutions, workflows, screens, fields and permissions.
Configure and administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management and other Atlassian tools as required.
Develop and maintain integrations between Jira and third-party applications using REST APIs and other integration technologies.
Create automation rules and scripts to improve operational efficiency and user productivity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Jira platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
Develop custom plugins, extensions or applications where standard Jira functionality does not meet business needs.
Support platform upgrades, migrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
