Role Description The English Trainer will deliver engaging, learner-centered English lessons, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing teaching materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to help learners improve. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions, facilitate activities that build confidence in communication, and maintain a supportive learning environment.



Additional tasks may include designing practice exercises, tracking attendance and performance, and collaborating with the team on curriculum enhancements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajahmundry.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong English Teaching, Teaching, and Language Teaching skills.
Candidates should possess skills in Education and learner assessment.
Candidates should possess Writing skills for creating lesson plans, practice materials, and learner feedback.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clear and neutral English pronunciation.
Ability to engage diverse learners, manage classrooms effectively, and adapt teaching methods to different levels.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience as an English trainer or teacher in academic or training institutions is an advantage.
