At GameGenesis, we're looking for a 3D Character Artist Intern with a strong interest in character modeling, anatomy, bone structure, rigging, and game-ready asset creation.
You'll work on creating detailed 3D characters from modeling and topology to UVs, texturing, rigging, and skinning—helping prepare characters for animation and integration into games.

Your Mission
- Create high-quality 3D characters suitable for games and real-time environments.
- Model characters with a strong understanding of human anatomy, proportions, and bone structure.
- Create clean and animation-friendly topology.
- Perform retopology, UV unwrapping, and texturing.
- Build character skeletons and create bone structures and rigs.
- Rig and skin characters for smooth and natural deformation.
- Test character rigs and correct deformation or weighting issues.
- Prepare characters for animation and integration into Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Collaborate with animators,
game designers, and developers to ensure production-ready assets.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has hands-on experience with Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Has a solid understanding of human anatomy and skeletal structure.
- Understands character topology and edge flow for deformation.
- Has knowledge of rigging, skinning, weight painting, and bone hierarchy.
- Understands UV mapping and basic PBR texturing workflows.
- Can create clean, optimized, game-ready character models.
- Has solid attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

- Experience with Unreal Engine 5 or Unity.
- Knowledge of ZBrush for character sculpting.
