Role Description The Assistant Manager Performance Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and growth for BuildAmbit’s products and programs. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid media campaigns, analyzing campaign performance data, monitoring KPIs, and generating actionable insights to improve ROI.



The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as content, product, and sales to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, managing budgets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The Assistant Manager Performance Marketing will contribute to testing new channels, refining audience targeting, and implementing best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, track KPIs, and derive insights for campaign optimization.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Experience in performance management of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
Skills in training and mentoring team members or partners on performance marketing processes and tools.
Budgeting skills to plan, allocate, and manage market
