Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for Kalaagruh’s art offerings. The role includes managing paid advertising budgets, tracking campaign performance, conducting A/B tests,



and preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations. The Performance Marketer will collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to develop targeted messaging, landing pages, and promotional strategies aligned with brand objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders and active participation in marketing initiatives and events.
Qualifications

Strong skills in performance marketing domains such as paid search (PPC), social media advertising, and display campaigns, with experience optimizing for ROI and conversion rates.
Proficiency in analytics and measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) and the ability to interpret data, build reports, and derive actionable insights.
