Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Office Associate. The Office Associate will perform essential administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the office. Responsibilities include managing office administration, providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, and overseeing basic accounting procedures.



The role will also involve coordinating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage workflows and organizational tasks
Basic knowledge of Accounting for billing, invoicing, and financial tracking
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a similar role or a professional office environment is an added advantage
