We are hiring for an Assistant Manager – Business Development - Aerospace - based in Bangalore.

The role will focus on driving business growth in the Aerospace segment, with a robust emphasis on chemical pretreatment and specialty chemicals. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with customers as well as global, regional, R&D;, supply chain, procurement, and other internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and executing business growth strategies for Aerospace consumables
* Identifying new markets, customer needs, and business opportunities
* Managing customer relationships and providing technical & commercial support
* Coordinating with global and regional teams on business and product development

What we are looking for:

* Chemical Engineering background




* 5–8 years of relevant experience in business development/sales or a related role
* Knowledge of pretreatment and specialty chemicals
* Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage
* Location: Bangalore
