Role Description This is a full time, in office AI Video Editor cum Social Media Manager role based in Kolkata. The role involves planning, editing, and producing short- and long-form video content using AI tools and conventional editing software for various social media platforms. Daily tasks include creating platform-specific content (Reels, Stories, posts), optimizing videos for engagement, managing social media calendars, and publishing content according to brand guidelines. The individual will monitor performance metrics, analyze audience behavior,



and adjust content strategies to improve reach and interaction. Collaboration with the creative team to brainstorm concepts, maintain consistent visual branding, and stay updated on trends in video, AI, and social media is expected.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, shoot (or assemble), and refine video content.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, tone, and quality across all video assets.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements for social media content.
Experience using AI-based video tools (e.g., AI editors, generators, and automation platforms) for content creation and optimization is beneficial.
