We are looking for a Sales Lead who will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing clients and push for distribution and partnership leads for new opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales expertise, commercial acumen, relationship-building capabilities, and a proven track record in food ingredients or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities through distributors and partnerships in hotels, other growing brands, and institutional food processing companies.




Build, expand, and effectively manage a robust distributor network across multiple regions.
Take over a region or a sector to lead and effectively increase market-share across that region.
Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless customer support, product delivery, and business growth.
Ideal Experience:
4–5 years of experience in B2B sales within the food ingredients, specialty ingredients, or related food industry sectors.
Experienced in managing and growing business across regional markets.
Strong understanding of ingredient-led food markets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
Comfortable working in a growing entrepreneurial environment
