Role Description This remote internship role as a Sales and Marketing Intern involves supporting outreach and engagement efforts for SmartPlatter’s restaurant technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with lead generation, conducting follow-ups with prospective and current clients, and helping present product features to restaurant partners. The intern will help create and refine sales messaging,
support customer onboarding and basic product training, and gather feedback from users to improve our sales and marketing approach. This internship also includes collaborating with the team on campaigns, maintaining simple records of customer interactions, and contributing ideas to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with restaurant partners and supporting users.
