Role Description The Construction Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role includes supervising site teams, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.



The Construction Supervisor will conduct site inspections, enforce construction safety protocols, and address on-site issues promptly to minimize delays or rework. The role also involves regular communication with project managers and clients to provide updates, clarify requirements, and maintain alignment with design specifications and overall project goals.
