Internship Overview
This internship offers a unique chance for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on exposure to Enterprise SaaS, Business Analysis, Client Engagement, Pre-Sales, Product Demonstrations, and B2B Sales Processes.
Unlike traditional internships focused solely on lead generation, this role provides direct involvement in customer-facing activities and strategic business initiatives.



Interns will work closely with experienced mentors and leadership teams while supporting enterprise client engagements and product positioning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Product & Business Analysis
· Develop a deep understanding of the Immidart SaaS platform, products, workflows, and business use cases.
· Analyze customer requirements and map them to platform capabilities.
· Assist in documenting business processes, workflows, and customer pain points.
· Support market and competitive research initiatives.

Client Management & Customer Engagement
· Act as a front-end liaison between prospective clients and internal teams.
· Participate in customer meetings, discovery calls, and solution discussions.
· Support ongoing client communication and follow-ups.
· Assist mentors in managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
· Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and solution documents.
· Support RFP/RFI responses and customer questionnaires.
