Role Description The Engineering Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mohpa, responsible for leading engineering activities that support restaurant operations and infrastructure. This role oversees the planning, execution, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and building systems to ensure safe,



reliable, and efficient restaurant environments. The Engineering Manager coordinates with operations, facilities, and external vendors to schedule and monitor preventive maintenance, resolve technical issues, and manage upgrades or expansions. The role includes supervising engineering and maintenance teams, setting priorities, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Engineering Manager also contributes to budget planning, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the restaurant portfolio.
