Role Overview:

Advise clients on domestic and cross-border debt capital market transactions, including bond and debenture issuances.
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, offering materials, and ancillary agreements.
Provide legal and regulatory advice under SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, FEMA, and applicable securities laws.
Conduct legal due diligence and identify key legal, regulatory, and transactional risks.




Assist clients in structuring debt issuances and navigating complex regulatory requirements.
Liaise and coordinate with clients, investment banks, trustees, regulators, auditors, and international counsel.
Support end-to-end execution of debt capital market transactions, from structuring and documentation through closing and listing.
