Role Description The Revenue Management Specialist is a full time, on-site role based at IIHM in Siliguri. This role involves monitoring and analyzing room and course-related revenue performance, forecasting demand,



and recommending pricing and inventory strategies to optimize revenue. The specialist will track key performance indicators, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with sales, finance, and academic teams to align revenue plans with institutional goals. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, competitor performance, and booking patterns, supporting promotional strategies, and ensuring accurate implementation of rate plans and policies. The role also requires clear communication of insights and recommendations to management and proactive identification of opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications
