Role Description The B2B Growth Marketing Lead at Envizon – B2B Marketing and Fractional CMO Services is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth and revenue for B2B clients. This is a full-time remote role focused on developing and managing multi-channel campaigns, including content, email, paid media, and account-based marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining growth strategies, setting and tracking KPIs, overseeing campaign execution, and continuously testing and iterating to improve performance. The role collaborates closely with sales, client success, and leadership to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives, and to present clear performance reports and insights. The B2B Growth Marketing Lead also mentors team members, manages agency or vendor relationships, and contributes to thought leadership that elevates Envizon’s brand and services.

Must Haves
