Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for supporting users of WEGoT aqua and related platforms. This role involves handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving product and service issues,



and guiding users through app and dashboard functionalities. The specialist will troubleshoot technical problems related to IoT sensors and software, collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues, and ensure timely resolution. Daily activities include documenting support interactions, tracking recurring issues, and contributing feedback to improve product usability and customer experience. The role also focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing clear communication, empathetic assistance, and proactive follow-ups.
Qualifications

Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience handling queries and complaints professionally.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a customer-centric approach.
