Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible IT Project & Client Relationship Manager who will act as the One point of contact between clients and our internal technical team.

The person will understand client requirements, coordinate with developers/designers, track project progress, communicate updates to clients and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

This role is ideal for someone who has good knowledge of the software/IT field, strong communication skills and the ability to manage both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team
Understand and document client requirements
Coordinate with developers, designers and other technical team members
Track project progress, deadlines and deliverables
Communicate project updates to clients
Conduct regular client follow-ups
Identify project issues and coordinate with the appropriate team for resolution




Manage website, mobile app, software and digital projects
Coordinate change requests and new requirements
Maintain client/project records
Support quotations, proposals and project discussions
Ensure client requirements are properly communicated to the development team
Follow up on pending approvals, content, payments and deliverables
Maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

What We’re Looking For
Robust knowledge of the IT / Software industry
Good understanding of Websites, Mobile Apps, Software Development and Digital Solutions
Excellent client communication and coordination skills
Ability to understand technical requirements and explain them clearly to clients
Strong team management and follow-up skills
Good problem-solving ability
Tamil speaking is mandatory
English communication is required
Prior experience in Project Management / Client Manage
