Role Overview
Mody University of Science & Technology is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented skilled to lead the Marketing & Admissions function of the University. The role requires expertise in student recruitment, brand building, admissions strategy, digital outreach, and institutional partnerships within the higher education sector.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities and proven experience in driving admissions growth and enhancing institutional visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Building
Lead marketing, branding, and digital outreach initiatives for the University.
Drive lead generation campaigns through online, offline, and institutional outreach activities.
Strengthen brand visibility through social media, events, PR, and strategic partnerships.
Analyse market trends and competitor positioning to improve outreach effectiveness.
Admissions & Student Recruitment




Lead the end-to-end admissions process for all academic programs.
Develop admissions strategies, conversion plans, and student engagement initiatives.
Build relationships with schools, educational consultants, and partner institutions.
Monitor admissions funnel, counselling effectiveness, and enrolment targets.
Team Leadership & Operations
Lead and mentor the marketing and admissions teams.
Oversee CRM/ERP systems, reporting dashboards, and admissions analytics.
Ensure compliance with university policies and admission guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification with 12–15+ years of relevant experience, including leadership exposure in marketing, admissions, student recruitment, or business development.
Experience in universities, higher education institutions, educational groups, or EdTech organisations is preferred.
