Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team at Cyient, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices. You will lead projects, mentor junior consultants, and drive continuous improvement within our SAP landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead and participate in all phases of SAP FICO implementation projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
* Analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
* Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CCA, PCA, PS) to meet specific business needs.
* Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and integrity of SAP FICO solutions.
* Provide expert functional support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, business users, and project managers.




* Mentor and guide junior SAP FICO consultants, fostering their professional growth.
* Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO functionalities, tools, and industry best practices.
* Prepare detailed documentation for all project phases, configurations, and processes.
* Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solutioning and effort estimations.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
* Proven expertise in configuring and customizing key SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CCA, PCA, PS).
* Robust understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.
* Experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
