Role Description The IT Support Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. This role involves providing hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network devices, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.



The IT Support Engineer will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, respond to help desk tickets, and ensure timely troubleshooting for corporate, healthcare, education, and individual clients. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, performing routine system administration tasks, supporting CCTV and security systems, and documenting issues and resolutions. The role also includes collaborating with sales and service teams, guiding customers on best practices, and maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills, with experience handling user issues in person and via phone or ticketing systems.
Solid foundation in Information Technology, including hardware, operating systems, basic networking, and peripheral devices.
