Boomi Support Engineer (L2/L3 Operations & Platform Administration)

The Boomi Platform and Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing end-to-end production support, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational governance for Boomi-based integration platforms and application interfaces. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Boomi AtomSphere/Boomi Enterprise Platform, Atom and Molecule runtime administration, integration process monitoring, incident resolution, change support, and coordination with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure secure, secure, and SLA-driven integration operations.

About the Role

The Boomi Platform and Application Support Engineer is expected to ensure reliable, secure, compliant, and high-performing integration operations by proactively monitoring platform and application health, resolving incidents efficiently, supporting controlled changes, reducing recurring issues, maintaining operational documentation,



and driving continuous improvement across the Boomi integration landscape.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Boomi integration applications, APIs, scheduled processes, real-time interfaces, batch interfaces, listeners, Atoms, Molecules, and runtime environments.
Monitor Boomi process executions, failed documents, process schedules, listener status, integration queues, Atom/Molecule health, runtime availability, resource utilization, and platform alerts.
Perform incident triage, impact assessment, root cause analysis, workaround implementation, permanent fix coordination, and post-incident documentation for platform and application issues.
Troubleshoot failures related to connectors, maps, profiles, process logic, extensions, environment configurations, authentication, certificates, payload transformation, endpoint connectivity, and downstream application availability.
